• The User may submit a request for return, replacement and/or refund of the purchased Offering (“Request”) to Sugar Teddi at <sugarteddi@outlook.com> within seven (7) days upon receiving the Offering (“Request Period”), subject always that the Request shall only be made in the following circumstances, all of which shall be accompanied by supporting documents, evidence and information as may be prescribed by Sugar Teddi: 

​

• the Offering delivered to the User is of unsatisfactory physical condition at the time of delivery. For the avoidance of doubt, the circumstances in which the Offering shall be deemed to be of unsatisfactory physical condition shall be limited to where the Offering is (i) spoiled or broken and/or (ii) physically damaged and that the Offering cannot be used for its intended purpose subject always that any determination of the physical condition of Offering received by the User shall be determined by Sugar Teddi; 

​

• the Offering delivered to the User is incomplete in a material manner (i.e., missing any items or parts or incorrect quantity of items);  

​

• the Offering does not match the agreed specification (i.e., wrong model, size or colour) stipulated in the order of the Offering; 

​

• the Offering is materially different from the description provided by Sugar Teddi in the listing of the Offering, whereas what constitutes “materially different” shall be determined by Sugar Teddi, or 

​

• such other circumstances as may be prescribed by Sugar Teddi from time to time, in its sole discretion.
  
  Sugar Teddi will not attend to any Request, should the Request be made after the Request Period.  

​

• Sugar Teddi reserves the right to reject the Request if:-  

​

• the defect of Offering is due to wrong handling by the User and not due to manufacturing or quality matters;  

​

• the Offering is not qualified for the Request, based on the criteria as stated under Clause 3 above;  

​

• the User fails to provide adequate supporting documents, evidence and information as may be requested by Sugar Teddi; or 

​

• Sugar Teddi deems that the Offering shall be unfit for return, replacement and/or refund for any reasons, in good faith.

​

• The Request shall be subject to the validation of supporting documents, evidence and proof including but not limited to the original invoices issued by Sugar Teddi, complete original packaging with item code sticker and product tag and in good condition as at purchased as well as such other information and/or documents as may be requested by Sugar Teddi. Sugar Teddi reserves the right to reject repetitive Request and any Request which fails to meet Sugar Teddi’s validation requirements. 

​

• If Sugar Teddi approves the Request, the User may be asked to sign a product replacement/return form, which will be part of the process to proceed with the Request. 

​

• The refund of the Offering shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:- 

​

• the User shall bear the cost of delivering the Offering for return, replacement or refund to Sugar Teddi; 

​

• any re-delivery of the replacement or monies to be refunded pursuant to a successful Request shall be subject to a deduction of such delivery and/or administrative charges as may be imposed by Sugar Teddi from time to time in its sole and absolute discretion. The User hereby agrees that Sugar Teddi’s calculation on the refund amount shall be final and conclusive;

• Sugar Teddi shall only refund the amount paid by the User for the marketable (namely, unopened and resalable) Offering after any lawful deductions by Sugar Teddi;  

​

• the refund shall only be with respect to the Offering which qualifies for the Request, the Request of which has been approved by Sugar Teddi and for the avoidance of doubt, shall not be with respect to the entire order;  

​

• If Sugar Teddi rejects the Request for refund after receiving the returned Offering pursuant to Clause 3.5.(c) above, Sugar Teddi shall not deliver such returned Offering back to the User and shall be entitled at its absolute discretion without any liability or further reference, notice or account to the User, to dispose of or deal with such returned Offering as Sugar Teddi deems fit.

• Each User’s Request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by Sugar Teddi. The User agrees that Sugar Teddi’s decision shall be final and binding and that Sugar Teddi shall not be liable for any matter arising from or incidental to the Request.
